Appearance: Light, pale red color resembling the hue of grape pulp.
Aromas: Fresh and youthful with vibrant berry aromas, including subtle hints of ripe red fruits.
Palate: Medium-bodied with lower tannins and a lighter structure, offering smooth, refreshing flavors. Pleasant to drink both with food and on its own, even when served chilled.
Vinification: Produced using the traditional UDEDO Qvevri method, which involves gently pressing the grapes and allowing them to rest for up to 4 hours. The free-run juice is then fermented and matured in Qvevri without skin contact, resulting in a softer, lighter wine. No GMO yeast added.
Alcohol Content: 12% ABV
Light meats, grilled vegetables, fresh salads, and soft cheeses.
