Vinification: Produced using traditional Georgian qvevri methods, involving fermentation and aging in qvevri for several months (min. 6) with skin contact, enhancing its complex character.
Alcohol Content: 13% ABV.
Pairs well with richer seafood stews, comfort foods like casseroles and pot pie, white meats, curries, and aged Guda.
