Chacha – The Spirit of Georgian Tradition

Chacha is a traditional Georgian distilled spirit made from grape pomace (the skins, seeds, and stems left after winemaking). This ancient craft has been passed down through generations, preserving its rich cultural significance.

What Makes Our, Kardanakhi Estate Chacha Unique:

Unlike other production methods, we do not press the grape skins dry after fermentation. This decision leaves the pomace juicy, resulting in a richer, more aromatic spirit. This juicier base enhances both the flavor and aromatic complexity of our Chacha.

Chacha with Bay Leaf Extract

• Alcohol Content: 45% ABV
• Tasting Notes: Infused with cold-pressed bay leaf extract, offering a delicate herbal aroma and smooth, refined taste.
• Serving: Perfect on its own or as a sophisticated base for cocktails.

Serving Recommendations:

• Temperature: Enjoy at room temperature or slightly chilled at 16-18°C (61-64°F).
• Glassware: Best served in a small tumbler or a tulip-shaped glass to capture its full aroma.
